In 2017, Caldwell Tanks took on an ambitious project for Aqua Pennsylvania, right on top of a scenic, but steep Pocono Mountain site. Caldwell and Linde Corporation constructed a 300,000-gallon ground storage tank in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
The highly stabilized, surrounding terrain cut allowed us to construct this 60-foot diameter ground storage tank, even facing an extremely tight work footprint. Utilizing a dechlorination system on the tank overflow, we protected the surrounding woodland along with Beech Mountain Lake, the jewel of the Beech Mountain Lakes Resort. Today, the finished tank serves the Aqua Pennsylvania water system.
